Thomas Carson Muntz was the town clerk of Wangaratta, Victoria, from 1910 to 1940. In recognition of his contributions, a street has been named in his honour. He was the seventh of 10 children born to Thomas Bingham and Jane Jamieson Muntz, and was Josephine’s third eldest brother.
